Mission Marketing Plans
Following the initial ‘fact finding’ meeting, when we agree that a Mission Marketing Plan is required, we would arrange a follow up meeting to gain a better understanding and more details of your products and services, objectives, target markets, industry, competitors and their marketing activity, your budget and any regionality or seasonality that may affect your business.
From this information, we can identify the key messages necessary to engage with each of your target markets and essentially provide a clear strategy of when you need to be talking to them, how you need to be talking to them and where you need to be talking to them.
So what is included in your Mission Marketing Plan?
A marketing plan is really a document of two halves, the first half includes:
- Background on your business – the point of this is that at any point if someone new gets involved in your marketing activity there is a document that states the starting point / current situation for your company’s marketing activities, the plan going forwards and how to get there
